Qwil's onboarding process involves two quick steps and can be done in less than an hour. Here are guides to getting onboarded to our system and providing "finance level access" to your app store accounts so we can verify your accrued balances and start providing you with funds.
Do you have a minimum monthly earnings threshold before I can sign up with Qwil?
Nope! We have customers doing anywhere from $1,000 to multiple millions in revenue per month so volume is not an issue.
Why do you need access to my app dashboards?
In order to provide immediate, accurate payments, we need to be able to ingest your real-time revenue data from your dashboard sales reports.
How does repayment work? Do I pay back the accelerated cash flow once Apple/Google pays me?
Because our on-demand payments are structured as a factoring agreement instead of a loan, you will never have to deal with an accruing debt balance and interest payments--we like to keep it simple. Instead of you directly paying Qwil the amount you accelerated, Qwil collects directly from the respective platform when the earnings come due by adding our banking details. This allows you to avoid any confusing repayments and allows us to pass through any earnings that you did not accelerate at no cost to you.
How quickly can I start collecting my accrued earnings?
Immediately upon onboarding and providing access to your App platform credentials, we will ingest your historical revenue data since you were last paid and make 95% of that amount available via a "collect earnings" email, minus our fee.
Why is there a 5% buffer between what Qwil pays and what my reported earnings show?
There is a 5% buffer to account for discrepancies between reported revenues and what the platform ends up paying due to fx charges, chargebacks, etc. This 5% buffer +/- any discrepancies will then be made available immediately upon the platform sending payment with NO associated fees.
How often can I get paid?
Frequency of payment is totally up to you! You can collect your earnings whenever you need them, be it monthly, bi weekly, weekly, or even daily.
How can I see my current available balance in order to request earnings?
Once you finish onboarding you'll have access to the Qwil dashboard where your available balance is automatically updated via your daily app store sales reports. Simply press "collect earnings," choose an amount, and hit submit. You'll receive these earnings within one business day for US accounts and 2-3 days for international accounts.
Do you have any minimum commitment in terms of volume accelerated or time under contract?
We built Qwil's on-demand cash flow solution with the customer in mind after having firsthand experience dealing with hidden fees, long contract terms and a frustrating lack of transparency. With Qwil, there are NO minimum commitments either in terms of time or amount of revenue accelerated. Enjoy!
Can I turn off on-demand payments for a period of time?
Absolutely! Use the service at your convenience.
Can I choose to only accelerate a portion of my earnings?
Yes! Collect as much or as little as you'd like. If you don't take the full earnings balance over a specified pay period, we will send you the remainder as a free pass through payment when it comes due.
What is Qwil's fee?
Unlike many other financial providers, we like to keep this simple and transparent so you know exactly how much you're paying to use Qwil's services. Our fee is a simple transaction fee based on your monthly revenue volume. This tiered rate goes down as volume goes up. This appears as a discount when you pull funds, and we then collect the amount in full when your earnings come in from the platform--as simple as that!
I just received a payment from Apple despite Qwil paying me early and switching over bank accounts--what's going on?
Apple's reporting system has a one-period delay in recognizing a change in banking details (i.e. if changed in August, the new details will be reflected in September). For new customers, your first Apple fiscal period payment will come directly to you after Qwil paid you earlier in the period, resulting in double payment. In this case, we will request an immediate wire payment to cover the outstanding balance. Fortunately, this will only occur during your first payment cycle.
What app platforms do you currently provide accelerated payments for?
Apple, Google, as well as the majority of mobile ad networks. Please reach out if you have specific requests on monetization platforms we may not currently support.
