Supported payment methods, as well as how to update your account info in Qwil
What payment methods are supported by Qwil?
Regardless of whether you take a cash advance or wait until the end of your company’s pay cycle, Qwil can deposit money directly into your linked bank or PayPal account, or load your Qwil debit card. Qwil supports global direct deposit to checking and savings accounts. We do not currently support credit card accounts, online-only banks, or apps like Cash App, Venmo, etc. You can change your default payment method in the Accounts tab within the Qwil app.
How do I update my bank account information in Qwil?
You can add or remove linked bank accounts at any time in the Accounts tab of the Qwil app. You can also update your default account where payments will be sent by clicking "Make Default". For security reasons, we do not display bank account details such as your routing and account numbers in the app. The only information displayed is the bank name and the last 4 digits of your account number.
If you need to update your account information, you can link a new account from your Accounts tab, set this as your default for payment, and then remove your previous account(s).
Your Primary account saved in Qwil is where payments will be sent going forward. It will be highlighted and sit at the top of your Accounts view.
