Qwil requires that all users must be payable in our system before an income can be added for them.
You might see payees show up as "Not Payable" in your Admin dashboard:
This is usually the result of a user not having completed onboarding to Qwil. This means they have to log in, fill out their profile information, and link a valid payment method in order to become payable. If you see this message we suggest that you reach out to the user directly and nudge them to complete this step otherwise they'll continue to show as Not Payable and won't be able to receive funds through Qwil. (*Note that the Qwil system will send a one-time automated email to unpayable payees or suppliers asking them to complete the onboarding process).
