For security reasons, you're unable to change your email address in the Qwil web app - but our Support team can help! Contact us via the Support widget or through the Contact Us form in the Help Center and provide us with the details below.
In order for us to update the email address you use to access Qwil we need you to provide some verification information.
1. The address in your Qwil profile
2. The phone number in your Qwil profile
3. The email address you want to use to access Qwil going forward (your new preferred email address)
If you're unsure of the above information, please log in to Qwil and navigate to your Profile Settings from the gear icon in the top right corner. Once we receive this information from you we'll update your account.
