How do I take a cash advance?
In order to take a cash advance to get paid faster, click the green "Cash Advance" button in the Qwil app.
How much does it cost to take a cash advance?
Qwil charges a small fee to take a cash advance and receive your money early. The fee is based on the company you work for and the amount of time we expect it will take to collect the amount owed by your company. The fee amount is displayed on your cash advance screen before you confirm the transaction.
Do I have to pay a fee?
You only have to pay a fee to Qwil if you take a cash advance. You can take no action in the app and wait for your company to pay you on its normal pay cycle and there is no cost to you whatsoever.
How long does it take for a cash advance to deposit to my bank account?
Direct deposits generally take 1-3 business days to land in your account depending on your bank. Please note that federal holidays and weekends are not business days. If it has been over 3 business days since you completed the cash advance and you have not received your money, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I setup Auto-Advance?
Simply enable Qwil's Auto-Advance feature on your dashboard landing page or in your profile Settings and your earnings will be automatically sent to your linked payment method when approved by the company you work for!
If you do not cash out or cash out only a portion of your Total Pending Cash, the remaining balance will arrive in your account once paid by the company you work for. Let’s say you earned $100 that would generally be paid in 2 weeks by your company. You took a cash advance for $24 and paid a fee of $1 on the same day. At the end of the 2 week period, you would receive the balance of $75 automatically at no cost to you.
